for the Second Management Period 1990-2000, Arizona Groundwater Management
Act.” This honorable mention award was created specifically to award our
firm for this project, since TORO Awards Competition normally awards only
two first-place awards on an annual basis. The judges commented as
follows:
“It
is reflective of a tremendous amount of work and may well prove invaluable
to the entire industry... We feel, in time, the entire state of Arizona
may be submitted as a project site due to the scope and magnitude of this
report.”
