Noroteles Valle Grande to provide landscape architecture services for this
hotel. The hotel is a key project in the 10,233,600 SF Rio Sonora Urban
Redevelopment Area. The site development for this 210 room hotel includes a pool
and spa patio, entry fountain at the porte cochere, convention entry, an
amphitheater garden with outdoor eating patio and water features, boulevard
planting and specialty paving required by the Redevelopment Authority.
